Warranty Terms

  • Limited warranty for products sold directly by Atrian Technologies, unless special agreements have been set. 
  • Warranty period start from the ship date and will be only valid for the original customer who bought the product. 
  • If you have purchased the product from a reseller you must contact them directly. 
    • RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date issued.
    • Return for refund merchandise is required to return the original accessory together for full refund.
    • A restocking fee will be applied if returned product is incomplete.
    • Atrian Communication Technologies LLC. reserves the right to refuse RMA application if defective description is not clear enough.
    • Repair, replacement or store credit will be covered within the warranty period of the product.
    • Returns for refund are eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase invoice. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will ONLY be issued to the original payment method of the order.
    • Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs to Atrian Communication Technologies LLC.
    • Cost of shipping products back to USA customers will be covered by Atrian Communication Technologies LLC.  International customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties and taxes.
    • Warranty repair, exchanges and refunds WILL NOT be applied to items of physical damage, improper installation, abuse, or liquid damage. Items will be returned to the customer after inspection.
    • RMA number must be visible on returned package(s) for shipment to be received.
