Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some bulk orders may take longer but we will work with you to let you know about the processing times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All sales are final.
All sales are final and non-eligible for refunds or exchanges. We do this in order to protect the donation and support to The Kidney Project. You can always contact us for any issue or provide feedback on our products using the contact form in our site. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns on money contributions to The Kidney Project.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Kidney Project Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check before purchasing.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using the contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
